Mazzoni Firebox Hot Water Boiler Unit

The Mazzoni Firebox is a high-performance diesel-heated hot water unit designed to convert a cold-water pressure washer into a hot-water cleaning system. It can be connected to a standard high-pressure pump, requiring a minimum operating pressure of 15 bar.

Electrically powered and diesel heated, the Firebox can heat water up to 150°C, delivering powerful cleaning performance for demanding applications in agriculture, livestock, industry, commercial cleaning, swimming pools, and other specialist uses.

Mazzoni boilers are engineered for high efficiency, low energy consumption, and reduced emissions, with exhaust values below the limits required by the latest European regulations. The boiler features a durable stainless-steel outer structure with a 3/8" heating coil, stainless-steel cover, and painted steel base.

The unit is supplied with an integrated 17L diesel tank with fuel level indicator. The diesel pump is directly coupled to the fan system for reliable operation.
